Toolito

Tiny tools for getting one thing done together.

Describe what your group needs to achieve. In seconds you get a live tool and a link to invite everyone.

It builds live. You can share the link from the first second.

How it works

  1. Say what you needType it or dictate it in one sentence, like "the team picks one of 3 names".
  2. Share one linkThe tool is live from the first second. People join from WhatsApp or Slack, with no sign-up and no app.
  3. Decide togetherEveryone contributes privately first, then the group sees the result. An AI facilitator summarizes and shows who is missing.
  4. It self-destructsAfter 7 days the tool disappears with everything in it, unless someone extends it.

    Frequently asked questions

    What is Toolito?

A way to create a tiny app in seconds so a group gets one concrete thing done: vote, split expenses, find a date or prioritize ideas. AI builds it from your description and you share it with a link.

Do I need to sign up or install anything?

No. Whoever creates the tool and everyone who joins only need the link. It works in the browser on a phone or a computer.

How long does a tool last?

Seven days. Then it self-destructs with everything the group added. Anyone can extend it seven more days, and if you turn on reminders we notify you before it disappears.

    How much does it cost?

It is free while we validate the idea.

    What does Explore show?

Only the idea of each tool: title, icon and tags. Never what each group added. Whoever creates a tool can hide it from Explore.

Can I dictate instead of typing?

Yes. Tap the microphone, say what you need and check the text before creating the tool. The audio is not stored.

Can I use it from Claude or another assistant?

Yes, with the MCP server (beta): ask your assistant to create a tool with your team's data and, later, to read the result.
